How do I register?
To register for a particular ladder, all you need to do is visit a page for that ladder, and click the "register" link. You will be asked to enter a username and a password, as well as your email address.
Why does my registration have to be approved?
Not all ladders may do this, but if the one you signed up does, it is only to keep ladder abusers out. If you're not attempting to create multiple accounts, cheat, or what have you, then you have nothing to worry about.
I forgot my password. What now?
If you forget your password, you are screwed. A password recovery system is currently in the works.
I messed up my game submission, what now?
If you submitted a game by accident with incorrect results, deal with it. The ladder administrator may be willing to correct some of the statistics, but don't count on it. The player ratings, for example, use a fairly complex formula and are virtually impossible to reverse. Multiplayer games are even harder to correct. In short, check your submission before you submit it!
